Trinidad, Colorado Galleries and Shops

In the tradition of a historic center of trade on the Santa Fe Trail, Trinidad’s shops and galleries offer an array of goods: handcrafted textiles and furniture from Asia, Africa, Mexico, and South America; Native American crafts; the most extensive selection of jewelry in southern Colorado; unique clothing; home decor; sports equipment and apparel. Works by regional sculptors, painters, and master woodcarvers join the legacy of celebrated architects, photographers, and painters who once lived and worked here. Antique and secondhand dealers are located both downtown and on the outskirts. On summer Saturdays, Farmers’ Market vendors sell fresh produce, crafts, and every variation of jams, salsas, and baked goods.
